We have tried to balance the development of the company as well as the social responsibility that we bear as an employer with our corporate activities from the very beginning.
We see social responsibility as an obligation for ethical action in all areas of our work. This ranges from product development, environmentally-friendly production, environmentally-friendly waste management, a pleasant and healthy working environment for our employees to social commitment.
Sustainable development
We strive for responsible and rational use of the environment and the available energy resources. Due to the development of high-quality processes, our production process is constantly changing and therefore we can promote environmentally friendly production.

Employment of people with disabilities
An important part of CS-CONT's social responsibility is to provide vocational rehabilitation, training and employment of people with disabilities and other hard-to-place persons.
Working with young people
At CS-CONT we work with future generations in mind. That is why we do not only invest in sustainable business management, we also actively promote the development of our young people. We achieve this through long-standing traditions such as support with scholarships, school and study internships and holiday work, as well as cooperations with schools and universities and active promotion of technical professions.
