In our dining hall we serve warm meals for our employees. 3 menus are available every day. Occassionally special menus are offered.

Flexible working hours for office staff, employees in production have the option to adjust shift times, working hours can be adjusted, and overtime can be used for time off in lieu

An open door to the CEO, mobile intranet app and info corners with screens are just some of the tools that we use to communicate information transparently and connect our employees.

In order to show the employees attention and appreciation, at CS-CONT we run various campaigns ranging from birthday chocolates, gifts for newborns, weddings, and Christmas to gifts for men and women (international men's day and women's day) and the purchase of vitamins twice a year.

The training system for our technical and commercial staff is designed to meet the individual needs of each employee for the performance of their job, to discover and use the potential and talents of each employee and to develop their skills in a systematic and future-oriented manner.
